QLQ Coil Forming Machine creates Monofilament Chain of Nylon Zipper.  Automatic nylon zipper coil forming machine is used to make the monofilament chain with centre core. Our QLQ Coil Forming Machine has 2 Monofilament Bobbin downside.

Two Center Cord Bobbin. Which supplies different center cords for specific zippers like (Nylon, Plasticor Metal).

For Nylon Zipper, Center Cords will be inside the Zipper teeth after making the zipper chain. The center Cord Bobbin will be different for Metal Zipper and Plastic Zipper. For Plastic and Metal Zipper we sew the center cord in the zipper tape but for nylon zipper we sew the center cord inside the zipper chain.

This machine has two hands. For making 2 sides of the zipper. Then we combine those two zipper sides from this area

Invisible Zipper Production Worksh op

An invisible zipper is a zipper that is hidden within a seam. The only part of the zipper that is seen is a slender zipper pull at the top. An invisible zipper is not sewn in the same manner that regular zippers are sewn in. With an Invisible zipper, there is no worry about straight topstitching on the finished zipper.
