Note: 1) Using the gapping mould of two sides and 2 hooked needles so that the teeth of top stop side will not be destroyed and no need to clean the half teeth.
2）By adopting touch screen control, customers can adjust the machine gapping speed and gapping length optionally.
3) This machine is with double choice of computer and hooked needle gapping, so that the gapping length is more accurate.
4) We have long model and short model for this gapping machine. Long model result is more accurately than short model for making the zipper length between 15CM-100CM. But for the size short 15CM and long than 100CM, the result of long model and short model are similary. But long model has other one modify function because it is with hooked needle gapping construction. For example: if zipper length has been made to be 17CM instead of 16cm by mistake, zipper can be modified again to be 16CM by clean 1CM teeth. Therefore if customer has enough place to put long model gapping machine, we advise customer to buy long model.
